Dit neem jij mee
- Master studies in Accounting or Control or other relevant studies;
- (Almost) certified accountant (RA, ACCA, CPA, other relevant studies);
- Experience with and sound knowledge of CSRD, GRI and the Corporate Governance Code;
- 7-8 years of relevant working experience;
- A critical mindset;
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills, ability to work under pressure;
- Work independently and enjoy the challenge of working with multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills, also in writing.

Wat ga jij doen in deze functie?
Your role will be a combination of accounting and sustainability reporting. As part of our Corporate Control team you will be responsible for transitioning KPMGs ESG reporting towards CSRD. Activities include, but are not limited to:
- Translating CSRD requirements into concrete information requirements for KPMGs annual integrated report and analysing consequences for internal reporting and processes as well;
- Improving accuracy and completeness of ESG KPIs and other information to be reported, including setting up a solid audit trail, in cooperation with various departments in the organisation;
- You have good process knowledge and are capable of identifying risks/ defining control measures to improve reliability of data;
- Liaison between the organisation and the external auditor with respect to ESG;
- Playing an active role in the multidisciplinary team to establish a sound Integrated Report;
- Monitoring consistency between our Integrated report and the financial statement disclosures;
- Actively providing our CFO, Director Corporate Control en Finance department insights into changed regulations, keeping track of internal and external developmets.
