Experienced Graduate Recruiter
Join our thriving Graduate Recruitment Team of five people – part of a larger recruitment team of experienced tech, trading and business support recruiters. The Graduate Recruitment Team currently consist of two Graduate Recruiters, an Event Recruiter, and a Recruitment Coordinator – led by a team lead. As our newest member, you’ll be able to enjoy a role with diverse responsibilities, from conducting interviews for our trading and technology teams and actively contributing to improving recruitment processes to hosting in-house events, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with study associations. Your impact will be felt across the organization, where you won't just fill roles – you'll sculpt the future of our dynamic company.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Your focus extends beyond traditional recruitment duties. You'll drive an exceptional candidate experience, emphasising clear communication and feedback. Your speciality is building relationships within our organisation and with diverse entities such as student communities and associations - fostering a diverse pool of candidates.
- You’ll drive campus recruitment projects to enhance quality and elevate our capabilities through analytics and research. Your focus extends beyond day-to-day tasks – delving into strategic initiatives that shape the future of our recruitment efforts, e.g., market analyses, process and assessment reviews.
- Staying current is critical. Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to continually refine your approach. Additionally, be prepared for frequent travel (more than four times a year) throughout Europe, expanding your network and connecting with potential candidates.
Your Skills and Experience:
- We're seeking an Experienced Graduate Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment, ideally within a global finance, trading, tech or consultancy organisation. In this role, you'll navigate a data-driven environment, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals set by your manager and business leaders.
